The Principals Academy recently hosted an international cohort of school leaders from Kenya, Kuwait, Tanzania, and Madagascar, participating in the School Leaders’ Development Programme from December 11-15, 2023. This bespoke program was meticulously crafted to cater to the varied expertise levels of both new and seasoned educational leaders. This intensive curriculum empowers participants with essential skills and knowledge to thrive in their leadership positions. The program zeroes in on pivotal areas such as visionary leadership, strategic communication, ethical decision-making, organisational management, and impactful educational practices for enhancing classroom learning.
