From 8 to 14 March 2026, the State Government of Punjab, India, sent a delegation of secondary school principals to Singapore for the 21st Century School Leadership Programme, organised by the Principals Academy. The programme combined professional learning sessions with school visits, providing participants with the opportunity to gain deeper insights into Singapore’s education system and leadership practices.
During the week, the delegation visited schools and participated in sessions on leading change effectively, strategic curriculum leadership, mentoring for teacher growth, and strengthening teaching and learning in the classroom. The programme provided a valuable platform for professional exchange and learning, equipping the principals with fresh perspectives on 21st-century school leadership.
