Principals Academy successfully conducted a Leadership Academy in Manila, Philippines, on January 11-12, 2024, bringing together over 60 Philippines school leaders for an intensive two-day training. This program aimed to enhance professional development, equipping educational leaders to effectively navigate the complexities of today’s VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous) educational landscape. Mrs. Belinda Charles, the Dean of Principals Academy, led insightful sessions on 'The Curriculum Leader', 'The Transformational Leader', and 'The Network Leader', offering innovative strategies and perspectives for modern leadership challenges.
