Leadership Academy in Baguio City, Philippines

The Leadership Academy conducted by the Principals Academy, achieved a landmark success in Baguio City, Philippines, on 28-29 February 2024. This noteworthy event convened over 220 educational leaders from a broad spectrum of Philippine schools for an immersive two-day workshop, designed to enhance their leadership capabilities. The program was crafted to equip these leaders with advanced tools and insights, enabling them to navigate the challenges of the VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous) educational landscape with competence and confidence.


Under the expert guidance of Mrs. Belinda Charles, the Dean of Principals Academy, participants were engaged in comprehensive sessions on pivotal leadership roles: 'The Curriculum Leader', 'The Transformational Leader', and 'The Network Leader'. Mrs. Charles provided an array of innovative strategies and perspectives aimed at overcoming contemporary leadership challenges. Through these interactive discussions, participants were inspired to embrace new approaches to leadership, positioning themselves at the forefront of educational innovation and transformation.
