The Principals Academy hosted a transformative professional development programme from 7 to 10 January and 14 to 17 January 2025, enriching 140 senior educators and school leaders from Madhya Pradesh, India. Centered on "21st Century Teaching & Learning Practices in the Classroom," the program equipped participants with cutting-edge educational strategies, emphasizing critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication. Combining theory with practical applications, it featured immersive sessions and school visits in Singapore, where educators observed innovative teaching methods firsthand. These real-world insights enabled participants to adapt and implement advanced strategies in their own classrooms, bridging global best practices with local educational contexts. Participants visited primary and secondary schools as part of the programme.
