The Principals Academy conducted a professional development programme from 21 to 26 February 2025 for 66 senior educators from Himachal Pradesh, India. Centered on “21st Century Teaching & Learning Practices in the Classroom,” the programme provided participants with cutting-edge educational strategies, focusing on critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication. Through a blend of theory and hands-on application, the programme featured immersive sessions and school visits in Singapore, allowing educators to witness innovative teaching methods in action. These firsthand experiences empowered participants to adapt and implement advanced classroom strategies, integrating global best practices into their local educational settings.
