Rationale

Educational leaders face complex and fast-changing environments. They must strategize, communicate clearly, influence various stakeholders, and lead schools confidently through uncertainty.

This workshop is designed to strengthen leaders’ capacity to:

  • think systemically and strategically,
  • frame issues beyond the immediate and operational,
  • communicate with influence and empathy,
  • navigate difficult conversations,
  • and align people towards a shared vision.


Drawing from principles of Learning Organisations, Systems Thinking and contemporary educational leadership, the workshop integrates practical tools, reflective inquiry, collaborative learning and authentic school-based scenarios.

About the Presenter: 

Mr Manogaran Suppiah

Mr. Manogaran Suppiah is a Senior Consultant at Principals Academy and has been a veteran educator with over 40 years of service in Singapore’s education system. He has taught across primary, secondary, and pre-university levels, and held leadership roles as Principal, Cluster Superintendent, Founding Executive Director of the Academy of Singapore Teachers (AST), and CEO of SINDA.

A trained Consultant in Organisational Learning, Mr. Suppiah has conducted workshops internationally. In the past three years, he has led more than 50 programmes, impacting over 1,500 educators, school leaders, and non-profit professionals. He remains passionate about professional development, leadership, and organisational learning, inspiring growth across education and community sectors.
