Impactful Leadership through Storytelling

Stories leave a deep impression on people. Everyone enjoys stories that resonate with them and the work they are involved in. In the complex environment of schools, a leader's ability to connect, inspire and engage is essential.

Storytelling in leadership plays a big role in driving staff buy-in and improving staff engagement within an organisation. It is a learned skill that can shift employees' mindsets by suspending beliefs and introducing new ideas, and it allows leaders to communicate their vision to guide employees in the right direction.

Participants will have the opportunity to develop and share their own stories using the FRAMEwork ^TM  shown below. Examples of real stories will be shared and case studies will be used for discussion.
