Leading Significant Change in Schools

  • How do we lead change successfully in our organizations?
  • How do we help SLs and KPs become more adaptive in an increasingly complex environment in schools
  • How do we diagnose underlying issues more critically and make better decisions?

According to Peter Senge, 70% of change efforts fail (Senge, 1990). Most people welcome change but they refused to be changed. As leaders, the mandate in a dynamic environment has always been about bringing about meaningful change and not just maintaining the status quo.

Through these 2 half-day workshops, SLs and KPs will get a better understanding and appreciation of the reality of the change process, identify deep underlying issues through observation and data, and how to ensure long term goals are achieved through a series of quick wins. The authentic intersession exercise will help deepen leaders’ appreciation and respect for critical issues in an organisation.

Mode: 2 Half-Day in-person workshops with an intersession authentic exercise using the vision deployment matrix (VDM)
