Through this 1-Day highly interactive workshop, school leaders will be introduced to Learning Organisation tools that will facilitate generative conversations to take place in schools. Given the increasing pace of change in schools the Seven Strategies to EMBRACE Complexities™ will provide leaders with useful approaches to become a more adaptable in the workplace. In addition, the Leadership Insights Framework™ will support school leaders to remain relevant in an evolving environment. In addition, The 4C Framework for Leading Change™ will be shared with clear examples about how change can take place when we Care for organizational outcomes, have the Courage to do the right thing, demonstrate Commitment to follow through on our plans and Communicate our progress frequently.

Mr. Manogaran Suppiah is a Senior Consultant at Principals Academy and has been a veteran educator with over 40 years of service in Singapore’s education system. He has taught across primary, secondary, and pre-university levels, and held leadership roles as Principal, Cluster Superintendent, Founding Executive Director of the Academy of Singapore Teachers (AST), and CEO of SINDA.
A trained Consultant in Organisational Learning, Mr. Suppiah has conducted workshops internationally. In the past three years, he has led more than 50 programmes, impacting over 1,500 educators, school leaders, and non-profit professionals. He remains passionate about professional development, leadership, and organisational learning, inspiring growth across education and community sectors.
