Leading in the Digital Age

The digital revolution is reshaping the world, presenting leaders with both unprecedented opportunities and unique challenges. In the digital age, technology has become an integral part of the workplace. The hybrid office, multi-generational workforce, VUCAH (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous and Hyper-connected) environment are changing the way organisations function, and leaders must adapt to keep up. The requirements in a digital work environment are different and it is important for leaders to learn the skills to succeed in this new era of rapid technological changes, packed with ABC (AI, Big Data and Cloud computing).

"Leading in the Digital Age"  is a transformative two-day workshop designed to empower leaders with the critical skills needed to thrive in this fast-evolving landscape.

The programme focuses on two essential dimensions: Leading Self and Leading Others. On Day 1, participants will build their self-awareness in their thinking preference, personal adaptability, emotional intelligence, and digital resilience to navigate the complexities of a tech-driven world. On Day 2, the focus shifts to empowering teams, driving collaboration, and fostering innovation in an era defined by hybrid work and data-driven decision-making.

Learning Objective
This 2-day workshop covers the essential leadership skills required to Lead Self and Lead Others in the Digital Age.

Through hands-on activities, discussions, and real-world case studies, you will learn:

• Personal Thinking Preference through the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI)
• 4 Characteristics and 3 Behaviours of Agile leaders
• Challenge our self-limiting beliefs while adopting a Growth Mindset and be opened to new ideas and approaches
• Gain clarity of our anchors like Values, Purpose and Vision, to navigate the challenging environment
• Build collaborative and Psychologically Safe team culture
• Empower teams through Intent-based leadership
• Equip the team to learn and be innovative through the Action Learning Process (ALP)

By the end of the workshop, leaders will have actionable strategies and insights to lead effectively in the digital era, empowering their teams and driving organisational success.

Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI)
The Whole Brain® Thinking Technology, backed by scientific research done over 40 years with almost 4 million profiles in the database of The HBDI (Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument), is our premise. Taking the HBDI® assessment gives individuals an in-depth look into their thinking patterns. It helps one understand how to apply those preferences in daily interactions, thinking, and work.

When they understand their strengths, they can consciously develop better strategies for achieving goals, mitigating weaknesses, and leveraging strengths. With Whole-Brain-Thinking, participants can then enhance their interpersonal effectiveness, and team and organisation effectiveness in the Digital Age.
