Decision-Making & Problem Solving in Disruptive Times

In today’s fast-paced and unpredictable environment, educators face unique challenges that demand swift yet thoughtful decision-making and effective problem-solving skills. Principals Academy is inviting you to join our upcoming workshop, ‘Decision-Making & Problem Solving in Disruptive Times’. This 2-day workshop is designed to empower educators with practical tools and strategies to navigate workplace complexities, enhance their decision-making processes, and implement impactful solutions in today's fast-evolving educational landscape, characterised by volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity, and hyper-connectedness (VUCAH).

With this training, they will have the know-how and confidence to address challenges in their professional environments, fostering a culture of informed, collaborative, proactive decision-making and implement solutions that benefit both students and staff.

Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI)
The Whole Brain® Thinking Technology, backed by scientific research done over 40 years with almost 4 million profiles in the database of The HBDI (Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument), is our premise. Taking the HBDI® assessment gives individuals an in-depth look into their thinking patterns. It helps individuals in understanding how to incorporate their thinking preferences into everyday interactions, thought processes, and decision-making. By recognising their strengths, they can intentionally create better strategies to achieve goals, address weaknesses, and maximise their strengths. Through Whole-Brain Thinking, participants can enhance their decision-making and problem-solving skills, empowering them to become more effective leaders.
