Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI)
The Whole Brain® Thinking Technology, backed by scientific research done over 40 years with almost 4 million profiles in the database of The HBDI (Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument), is our premise. Taking the HBDI® assessment gives individuals an in-depth look into their thinking patterns. It helps one understand how to apply those preferences in daily interactions, thinking and leadership styles. When they understand their strengths, they can consciously develop better strategies for achieving goals, mitigating weaknesses, and leveraging strengths. With Whole-Brain-Thinking, participants can then enhance their interpersonal effectiveness, improve their team and organisation effectiveness towards a high performing team.

Learning Methodology
The workshop features a blend of presentations, interactive discussions and role-playing exercises. Participants will leave with actionable strategies, leadership skills and practical ways to build high-performing teams.
