In Singapore’s diverse education landscape, schools are microcosms of society. Issues such as gender bias, inequality, race and religion, and mental health are becoming increasingly visible in classrooms and staff rooms.
School leaders set the tone for how inclusivity is lived out daily. This workshop equips leaders with the skills, mindsets, and strategies to foster inclusive school environments where all staff, students, and parents feel valued and respected.

Duration: 1 Day (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Mr. Manogaran Suppiah is a Senior Consultant at Principals Academy and has been a veteran educator with over 40 years of service in Singapore’s education system. He has taught across primary, secondary, and pre-university levels, and held leadership roles as Principal, Cluster Superintendent, Founding Executive Director of the Academy of Singapore Teachers (AST), and CEO of SINDA.
A trained Consultant in Organisational Learning, Mr. Suppiah has conducted workshops internationally. In the past three years, he has led more than 50 programmes, impacting over 1,500 educators, school leaders, and non-profit professionals. He remains passionate about professional development, leadership, and organisational learning, inspiring growth across education and community sectors.
