Coaching Conversations for Middle Leaders

This two-hour online workshop equips middle leaders with practical coaching skills to lead high-quality professional conversations that strengthen teacher growth, performance, and wellbeing.

The session supports middle leaders to lead with clarity and confidence while developing others. Participants are introduced to a clear, actionable coaching framework that enhances everyday leadership conversations, enabling leaders to coach with purpose while maintaining high expectations and professional standards.

The workshop integrates the Flex Model, a structured Mentoring and Coaching Conversation Cycle, and principles of psychological safety to help leaders intentionally choose their leadership stance, listen with impact, ask powerful questions, and build professional agency within their teams. Designed for immediate application, the session blends focused inputs, live modelling, reflection, and practice so participants can apply coaching strategies directly to their school context from day one.
