Eugene Chen is a Registered Management Consultant (RMC) specializing in branding and communications with over 22 years of experience. He is the founder of ELEFANT - an award winning branding and creative communication agency has worked with many organizations in the education sector including the Ministry of Education, NUS, NTU, Singapore Sports School, various mainstream schools and private education centers like Informatics, Kinderland, Mindchamps, AccTrain Academy, Infinite Learning, Logic Mills and Little Fairyland.

Commercial brands under his portfolio includes various industries and notable ones include the 1st Asian Youth Games held in Singapore, National Day Parade, SIA, Alibaba Cloud Singapore, Citibank, NTUC Club, MINDS, IDA, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Transport, Chan Brothers Travel, The Select Group, Sorci-age by Wacoal, SITEX, Kin Tech Tong, Yeos, RSVP Singapore, St Luke's Hospital, BATA and many others.

As a trainer and coach, Eugene has a passion for learning and sharing his knowledge and has a Master of Arts in Communication Management and a Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers and Trainers. He is on the external panel of project advisors and coach to the SMU-UOB SME Consulting Programme and the Enterprise Leadership for Transformation Programme. He is also an adjunct lecturer and external panel assessor at the M.A.D. School by Chatsworth Academy and Orita Sinclair School of Music & Design.
