Principals Academy in collaboration with the Society of Chinese Education Singapore, organised a parenting seminar on 15 April 2017 at the HDB Hub. The theme was "Parenting Skills in the 21st Century", and the objective was to help our children develop an active interest in learning and appreciating the Chinese Language. Ms Low Yen Ling who was then the Parliamentary Secretary, Ministry of Education & Ministry of Trade and Industry graced the occasion as the Guest of Honour. Over 300 parents signed up for the event. The speakers include TV personality, Ms Diana Ser and Dr Rau Meng-Shye, a well-known Taiwanese consultant on family therapy and Dr Soh Kay Cheng who is the Research Consultant/Senior Fellow in the Singapore Chinese Language Centre.
